Reese Stigliano didn’t have to look very far to find the buyer for an 11,172-square-foot warehouse condo.
“It’s Real Estate 101”, said Stigliano. “The first prospective buyer to call is the next door neighbor” and sure enough that was the case in the $1.05 million sale.
The buyer, Power Tech Corporation, owns the condo next door to the property.
Stigliano represented the owner of the property, Grunskis, LLC, which operates Industrial Cleaning Equipment & Supply. The warehouse condo is located at 2600 NW 55th Court in Fort Lauderdale, immediately south of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.
The sale price represents $94 per square foot.
Stigliano also represented the Seller in their relocation to a 5,100-square-foot, free-standing building located at 1490 S. Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach. The three year lease has a value of $184,746.
